Staff travel to destinations worldwide to attend meetings and conferences.  Staff at this organization are diverse in age, gender, nationality, and travel experience.  Travel is both long haul and short haul, with regular travel destinations including Nigeria, India, China, Russia, USA, Germany, France, and The Netherlands.

You must write a report to Robert Jones, the Chairman of the Board of Directors at MultiTech to propose a company overseas travel policy.  Discuss the following:

• Relevant legislation
• The importance of Health and Safety surrounding international travel
• The issues faced by travelers
• What should be included in the policy, and how should it be communicated to staff
• Steps the employer can take to alleviate the issues faced by travelers.
