In this section consider using the common assessment framework (CAF), Buckley’s assessment framework and link them to the case study
- Reflect on a partnership approach with the persons in the case study.
- Consider how you could work with other professionals as a social care worker to build and sustain professional relationships.
- Recognise the risk factors and implement risk management strategies
