Part 1: Evaluate current strategic plan and propose changes

1.1 Analysed the strategic direction planned (Case study) of the organisation against environmental and organisational objectives and created minimum 5 question based on organisation policies and proceedures to gather more information

1.2 Attended meeting with the client (teacher) to discuss the questions including policies and proceedures, improvement opportunities and possible porposed changes, student also demonstrated thorough understanding of the business scenario

1.3 Gap analysis document created with current stage, desired changes and the gap between current and desired stages.Proposed desired stage of ICT system align with organisational policies and proceedures and addresses hardware, operating systems and security improvements.
