Further narrowing down the case
study and assessment
Media shark is an ambitious company and wants to further dive
into the RPA space and Regenerative AI. They would love to do
this project and you are the consultant to prepare for the
tender. A few observations:
• The Federal Government and Centrelink are complex
organisations
• This pilot project fits into an overall strategy for Federal
Government and Centrelink
• You will present to key stakeholders (including decision
makers) your ideas
• You will have to demonstrate your understanding and
solutions of the context, overall positioning of the project
and the project itself on a sufficiently deep level

Suggested parts of the case study
You are required to apply the Project Strategy Framework
and identify key elements such as:
• Business background, objectives and concept
• The project definition, strategic focus, Competitive
advantage / value and success criteria
• The way how you propose to deliver the results (linked
to the expectations of the project stakeholders
And potentially more – up to your academic judgement
and critical thinking skills

What’s your assignment
Your must create an 8 minute video presentation and
a 1 page infographic
on your proposal and how it will
meet the current business needs and strategy as
outlined.
You need to do research and provide sufficient
justification of your findings based upon both academic
as well as business, industry and openly available
community sources. You may make assumptions
technology, capabilities and numbers
Further, apply and
refer to frameworks and concepts
from the course.
Suggested steps
1. Redefine the elements to questions which guide your
research
2. Perform research into the various elements of the
case study both in terms of the client, RPA and
Generative AI (what could it do) and project strategic
aspects (minimum 8 sources in reference list
required)
3. Start putting together the elements into slides
4. When first draft of the presentation is ready, reread
and revise until you are happy with it
5. Design your infographic – ensure consistency with
the slides!
6. Record your presentation

And for your video presentation…
• Present your findings and storyline in
professionally presented slides
• While presenting:
don’t read slides, but
present the storyline and the main messages
• Make sure you include sufficient graphics,
such as tables, diagrams, etc.!
