Instructions:

This exam has two parts: Part A (20 marks) and Part B (20 marks).

Write both Part A and Part B answers in the Exam Answer Sheet (Word document).

In Part A, the questions are provided for Exam Reading 1. Read the article and answer the questions.

In Part B, the questions are provided for Exam Reading 2. Read the article and answer the questions.

This is an open-book exam, and you could look up course materials given on Moodle. However, most questions are analytical and reflective in nature and require applications of concepts and critical thinking; therefore, your application of knowledge using critical thinking will be tested.

You are forbidden to use Search Engines (e.g., Google) or ChatGPT for the development of your answers.

Write a reflective essay (with an Introduction, and a Conclusion) to answer the following three parts:

Describe the key topic presented in the article. (Approximately 250 words)

Analyse the article by reflecting on what was it about the article that made you think? Was there something about it that challenged (or reinforced) your ideas about what you have learned in this Unit? Can you relate your analysis with any of the relevant concepts covered in the unit MGMT20144 – Management and Business Context? (Approximately 350 words)

Evaluate (for the future). What do you draw from the article? Would it lead you to change the way you think about any relevant concepts that you have learned in this unit? (Approximately 350 words)
