My name is Raluca Mirea and today I want to talk about my small bussines called Raluca M Nails . I
am a nail technician since 2016 and I am in love with my job. My main responsabilities includes
polishing fingernails and toenails , painting designs and applying gel nails. I can also discuss and
recommend treatments for nails and toes in case of a little problem that does not need a doctor.
The purpose of my business is to help all the girls and womens , aged 18 and over , from Birmingham
area and arround to feel beautiful by having they manicure and pedicure done on a very accessible
price and more important in their free time.
My business will be located in a very open area , accessible to everybody who is looking for a nail
technician who is trained to do both manicure and pedicure . Like any other business , will have
direct and indirect competitors , and for beating them will try to offer a lot of special limited offers ,
provide memorable services , encourage customers loyalty and google reviews.
Starting as a small business , first investment was in quality courses. Then all investments gone in my
table , my instruments , nail gels and colours and then in a very performant sterilisator.
Being in beauty business , competitors are a lot , but if clients find good , qualitative and accesible
services they will come back .
