Executive Summary
The report is about the planning of leadership over time. In this document, we will be applying to the Intentional Change Model which is applied to the building of my leadership plan projected for the time of next 3 years. In addition, the theories and techniques are for strengthening my critical thinking or self-awareness that could facilitate the visualization in the development of change process. The strategic plan includes the range of features which are followed by effective model under the personal and professional purposes. The tests are for finding the weakness and then defining about putting more efforts as well. The document underline the strength or weakness with the major effect of leadership on motivating and demotivating in organization. The study is about Change Management Process that is applicable for the changed plan too.
The report highlights on the progress with different theories that are for improving my critical thought process and the self-awareness that is important to make transition over the process visualization which is easy too. The strategic planning is for the components that adhere to the efficient model under a personal or professional level. The positives or the negatives are for understanding how leadership impacts the ability to motivate employees and change plan processes are used for Change Management Processes.

Introduction
A key element for the management is formulating the plan of leadership. For this, there is a need to achieve the results, with leadership needing a dedication or training over a long term. For promoting growth, this involves the immense help that is put in place through proper programs of leadership. The leadership development plan is for creating a roadmap where the required performance of leadership is genuine to evaluate as it occurs. The structures are placed to aid with planning. The finest tool is about moving in a strategic manner and creating the plan of leadership development. The good moment is about reflecting over the significant decisions and relocating to new country, Australia, to complete my education under Business Administration. The goal is for the next 2 years of my journey of leadership development. I will work on the International Change Model and the potential leadership in future. This will help in collecting or analysing the data which is for identifying the elements that are needed to change over the further development of leadership style and then become a good leader too. I have been able to search or review different kind of articles for adding a complete strength on the plan of my journey. The leadership is a marathon with the timeframe to justify over the external objectives. I will outline on the reliable feedback contribution from peers with reporting on significant strength or weakness with 16 personality tests.
Intentional Change Model
This model is efficient to work over the 5 stage framework that is helpful to allow and create or maintain the changes as needed. It will also be helpful for the groups or companies to achieve proper objectives. The focus is on key findings with sustainable change that might result on actions. The presenting of findings is for the ideal self and personal vision or the real self too. The learning agenda is based on planning or experimentation where the practice processes or the trust is through resonant relationship. The people majorly go through loops as individual evolvement. The Intentional Change Model includes partners, groups or corporations, population or nations for anticipating the sustainable changes. It helps in defining the growth of leadership which is to evaluate components of behaviour, thoughts and the emotions that are considered to be important for better leadership performance.
Justification for selecting the model
My Ideal Self
We have to figure out on leadership and working over the intentional changes. The picture of the person we want is what we call ideal self. The representation is through confidence that one accomplish to, elements of personality and providing qualities to prepare the future, desired. The accordance of Knotter Complex Change Model or the 5 elements that are needed to handle the successful change is through vision, skills, incentives or resources and plan of action. In the picture, we can see the lack of vision, and then we end up in confusion too. The vision is for making differences or reflecting over what the person wants to achieve. The visual board is or making the picture of ideal self and then liking to be in future too. The ability to link the framework of leadership strategy will help in motivational tool and promote development of leadership as well. I aim to be leader and this can either be in my career or personal life.
I aim towards gain of skills or experience with 2 years’ time and then going back to the country or starting my own business. I would like to work on studying MBA dual master with studying on psychoanalysis too. I need to improve my strength through Gallup test and focus on improvement of same and fill the gaps too.
My Real Self
The articulation or figuring on how the leaders work is through mapping bases and working towards moving forward too. At the time of assessing the performance of individual, we tend to overestimate the capabilities and then credit success for the personal features too. The shortcomings are for externals and events, where it is ideal self-time to look and correspond for the real self. It is about the self-image and the combination involves internal awareness or opinions which are set from others. It is hard to consider about the growth of strong or weak points. One needs to look closer and people are hesitant to see that too. For considering the changes, you need to understand about how you appreciate and wish to maintain the different parts you want to modify. The outcome is for the revelation on personal evaluation too.
My Strength
It is hard to discover that there are positive and the negative points which are for fulfilling the capabilities. The instruments are for Gallup Clifton strength to figure out what one is not sure of. The other methods are for defining abilities and then focusing over “Your Leadership Potential” activity that involves balanced leadership too. It showed on performing efficiently and working with proper skills of leadership to look for new paths or alternatives.
The information is set for the Gallup strength qualities or tools that are analysed with proper assessment of feedback which is received and contributed for a clear quality and what is needed to be improved too. I believe that doing the good findings, there is a need for personality and experiences, where I can also continue to grow or strengthen the qualities.
Influence Theories
As per the analysis, it is seen that leaders work on handling the styles with leaders involved to carry out the functions in an effective manner. The patterns work over the abilities with the leader controlling over the people standards. The leadership styles include different standards where I adapted to the two styles for being a good leader. I worked on the democratic leadership with helping on being involved over the decisions, I tend to take. This would help them feel valued with involvement on the decisions in organization. This is based on the leadership and followers working over the strengthened approaches with the processes that includes delegating over the responsibilities (Fteiha et al., 2020).
Secondly, I adapted the transformational leadership that comes through democratic standards. It is about focusing on value of subordinate opinions with carrying out approaches with transformation. The leadership has been effective for carrying out the changes with company might or might not be able to adapt to the new environment. It is about addressing over the new pictures and being flexible over the adjustments that come over handling rise in future.
For my Self-Awareness and Progress I can rely not only the strength but also the other factors for the growth of my leadership. The transformational leaders are good to build a culture, deliver a cognitive stimuli and then individual motivation helps in promoting the constructive behaviour to build vision or achieve a stronger success standard for workers too.
Impact of National Culture on my Leadership Direction
For the leader, one needs to focus on the traits which would be effective to be a good leader. The impact of national culture depends on the perspectives with reality for the followers and leaders. The different insights are for handling styles of leadership which can turn to be oriented by people and tasks. It is possible that the orientation is for leadership style which can either be authoritative or participative. The sensitivity of culture makes it different for the ways that separate others and then they are united by single reason too. The working is on the project to communicate with people and then speak different languages too.
Through different leadership styles, one can relate to more with coaching styles too, where I think that the national culture is helpful for maximum people mainly due to the emotional intelligence factor that allow to help others. COVID 19 has majorly brought situations for employment where there are financial effect on how Australian companies are working. The opportunities to mentor and create new jobs have become tough. The young people need motivation or influence to win even after the failure. The leader with the full traits help in flourishing on the skills with the traits that might be helpful from beginning. I wish to gain on the different experiences with the lists that are for the experiences over the research and how leader works over the need of future too.
The national culture promote on equality for female and males with my leadership direction including the elimination partially. If I am leading team, my decisions are not as per gender but one tends to incline on recognizing passion, talent or the skills. For the leaders, it is important to be successful and then be out of comfort zone. It is important to work as per the expressing of decisions for the followers. The confidence is majorly for motivating and interacting in the team for a better environment of work. I want to work over the level of confidence and then I feel confident enough over the right process with control on employees in a reputed manner(El Khatib et al., 2021).
My Development Plan
I have a future vision with the presenting of self and creating strategy for helping to step into the vision. It is about the outcome, self-reflection that help in determining the deficiencies or the abilities too, to strengthen the leadership.
Emotional Intelligence
The data is set for the Gallup Strength characteristics with 16 personal findings which are assessed and the tools have a great EI. The characteristics involve the obsessive and the passionate details that might not be related to the bigger picture too. The action involves the looking out for inclinations which is then consumed by details or then if I find myself obsessed for something too.
Feedback from classmate
My colleague emphasize on perfection, with criticism or the tendency to work over exhaustion and they are the major points which needs an effort to work in order not to obstruct the leadership success.
Gallup Strength
One of the major characteristics is intellection with the consistency to mental activity and this is a strong ally to search for different ideas and insights. It can help in handling exhaustion and lead to work on wastage of time thinking too much, making to slow the act or be isolated. It needs attention for focusing on the good side and reflective nature too for better insights.

For a leader, it is important to work on the interpersonal skills, and so it is important to focus on the needs to interact with the different people. It is about focusing on the communication which is effective. It is about the working on the leadership and supervising or motivating subordinates or the skills of interpersonal standards. According to my test, shown in Appendix, I have been the person with the exceptionally talented significant to make a major impact. They are for prioritizing projects as per the influence that one can have on organization. The deliberative approach that I follow is to anticipate the obstacles too. I will be looking for the different opportunities and then work over the better roles in organization. It is about getting the big projects with the notice by the head of organization. I will make sure on how I will be able to work over the different standards with manager ensuring over the analytical skills. It is about the effective communication with struggles that I will also be eyeing over the role and then work on the job towards getting the job in future.
Mentoring
This is installed on the leaders to control the team. I will work on mentoring the teaching or then handle skills of interpersonal standards where I express over the knowledge towards the fellow students. With the study of business administration, I can look for the evaluation of steps and focus on the analysis of individuals, goals and the future construction too.
Personal Reflection
The leaders need to be honest with working on assessing the right situation. It is about going on effects over the reputation standards with the team assessing over the tough places. I will be honest with the doing of right in future standards too. I will also be able to mend the mistakes as per the past.
SMART Methodology
Specific: This has been effective for handling the different traits for the leaders and then work over the enhanced potential too (Reed et al., 2019). The approach is about maintaining the relationship over the positive standards and then working over the employees or getting close to them too. It is about working over the true leadership skill or then being glad with the possessing of empathy and then being close to the subordinates too.
Measurable: The approach is for handling changes with the uncertainties that might be there in time. The quality is for bolstering productivity with market adapting to the foreseeable future as well. The call is about functioning over the skills I will be working on achieving over the span of 2 years (Mysirlaki et al., 2020).
Act: For a leader, it is important to work on the criteria with working on the mind and not heart only. The leader works over the controls with emotions as per the situation. it tends to arise with the successful approach in an automatic manner. The leaders need to work over the successful standards with the working over the management of anger or then making decisions as well with complete clear mind.
Rare: Rare methodology includes the planned changes with outcome of the model to list the tasks that can be done effectively. It is important to focus on the actions and write the goals as per the powerful preparation of action plan.
Technological: The technological standards are for handling development of purpose and goals of learning to be supported and then properly planning over the learning forms. The goals are determined and accomplished through experimentation. It is about practicing the new skills or forming new habits as well.
Reflective Writing
The review is about the understanding over the reality with the progress to analyse over the strength and the weakness. It is about the peer study which comes through understanding over the realized procedures. The review is from the seniors in restaurant and then work over the motivation and then realize over potential as well.
Through my colleagues, I have been able to work on the comfort zone with leaving fields that are there to work on not only being satisfied but also work over the risks taker factors. I have been confident on the factors to jump in the situations or handle the tough decisions as well. I need to work over the improvement of different standards and work over the culinary certification as well. I have also though to focus on business management with the different ways to work on implementing plan in future too.
Conclusion
Leadership is a skill with focusing over the different long term processes. It is about the defining over the long term processes and daily struggle one has planned for. There are factors for being a leader for the stuffs. It is about the perfect leadership and then work over long process that is where I described over the 2 year plan and then achieve over the true desire. The approach is about the stronger approaches every day and then facing facilities related to rise in future (Miao et al., 2019).
