If the Company removes or disables access in response to such a notice, the Company will make a good-faith attempt to contact the provider of the allegedly infringing material so that they may make a counter notification. To file a Notice of Alleged Infringement, please send us a written communication, by mail, fax or e-mail, setting out the following:

  2. A detailed description of the material that you believe is infringing the work described above, including a reference to the URL within the company website on which the material was found.
  3. Your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, so that we can contact you to follow up.

Upon receiving your notice, we will conduct an appropriate investigation, which may include contacting the individual who posted the allegedly infringing material, and may give that individual an opportunity to respond to your notice. In due course, we will advise you of the outcome of our investigation and the steps taken, if any, to address the alleged infringement. In appropriate circumstances, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

Please note that you may be subject to liability under applicable laws if you materially misrepresent that particular material or a particular activity infringes your copyright. Accordingly, if you are not sure whether material posted in the website infringes your copyright, you may wish to consult a lawyer before submitting a Notice of Alleged Infringement.
