Task 3 is designed for you to develop your Task 2 brief into a futuristic, strategic risk and crisis management plan for your client. It is divided into two parts. Following is the description for part 2.
While there are many different formats of risk/crisis management plans available, generally they all feature the following sections. Hence, for the purpose of this task, you will develop an effective crisis management plan for your client that includes these essential elements:
• Risk analysis: Outline possible risk/crisis scenarios you think your client could face. You do not need to include every conceivable risk but cover a broad range such as cyberattacks, technological failures, human errors, natural disasters, etc.
• Activation protocol: Using levels of urgency as your criterion, define the circumstances that would activate a particular crisis response. Explain how that response can be escalated in the event that a crisis turns out to be more serious than it first appeared. Based on the type or location of the incident, the protocol
