Your paper should clearly define the issue(s) facing the organization with an analysis of the situation using the concepts and tools of the module to develop a specific plan of action for the organization.
You should choose an organization familiar to you for your analysis so that you can develop specific recommendations from its standpoint. Do not plagiarize, but reference and cite correctly.
- How does the current vision, mission, and strategy influence the company’s overall success?
- What are the external, internal, and competitive environmental factors affecting the company?
- What are the anticipated changes in the environment and/or competition that may affect the future direction of the company?
- Demonstrate critical analysis of past strategic choices and propose action plans.
