It encourages students to apply their knowledge of globalization, political, economic, cultural, and ethical factors, as well as international trade and investment theories, to a real-world business scenario.

In this assignment, you will analyze ANY ONE (1) of the companies listed below. You are to consider the various perspectives of the selected company in managing its business in a global context.

The report should include:
1 Brief company overview

2 How has the organization been affected by globalization; how does it conduct international business in any 2 overseas markets (where it has direct presence in)

3 Discuss at least 2 advantages and 2 challenges related to the political, economic and legal environments in the 2 selected countries/markets it operates in.
4 Explain Hofstede’s approach to culture and assess the usefulness of this approach to this MNC.

5 Evaluate how cultural factors in the 2 named market(s) have influenced the company’s operations and marketing strategies.
