Location:
Identify an appropriate site for the project is the most important criteria to make sure the successful. First. site should have excellent access to different options of public transportation that provides transportation for the users to a different destination. because some users can’t afford Private transportation. Also. the site should be easily accessible for bringing in the needed equipment for the site (Simpson 8. Wilkerson, 1997a).
Coast:
It’s helpful to find the recent appraisal of the selected site to estimate its cost. the cost of buying the site is the most important considerofion in selecting the properly. Before initiating the search for the site. it must determine whether the site con be bought or can be leased (Simpson & Wilkerson, 1997b).
Hazard:
Identify the vulnerabilities around the area of the selected site to Is them and to develop them, and to make sure the site is free from any potential damage from the natural hazards (Simpson 8. Wilkerson. 1997c).

The size of the site must be larger than the requirement of the building layout. Also, when the .e is significantly bigger than the required size it will be costly. unless there is a future plane to expand the bulking (Simpson 8. Wilkerson. 1997d).
Topography:
The selected site must be located where the drainage system is found. which is easier to connect to.
