Individual report. The report should critically analyse the company strategy and provide suggestions for its future success. The report should be written based on the information that you find in a case study, which could be found on Moodle. You are required to conduct additional research, cite academic literature and apply the key theoretical concepts and tools (including PESTEL, Porter’s 5 Forces of Competition, VRIO and Porter’s Value Chain).
The report should cover the following parts:
