Development Track
The development track follows CS552 except now you must produce an individual project with implementation.
Dr. Riabov has kept a website with examples of student publications. Not all of these are 699 papers so be careful about inferring what is acceptable for a 699 project from random publications. A few of them are only the “survey” phase of research papers. It is fine to publish overviews that help researchers find all available information easily. I have a couple of those. Almost all Ph.D. research first publications are of that style. It is not OK for 699. You actually have to solve something whether research or a business problem.
Some examples of projects specifically in the Development track include:
1. Design and Implementation of an loT Smart Farming System (2019) 2. Social Networking Web Application Using Struts Framework (2018)
Your final documents will have the following sections written as a report and not a paper. You don’t have to include all diagrams for all sections. I’ve identified optional and minimally required sections. It must be in APA format.
