ABSTRACT:
This research is based upon how the project can be made successful by managing its stakeholders digitally by using BIM Process. In this research we will be getting idea about how the project should be handled smartly by using BIM process and to improve the collaboration and communication of the project stakeholders. And finding the weak areas of stakeholder management and improving them . and generally in BIM process the project manager can have all the details from materials to demolition of that building safely and also it can handle stakeholders . BIM can also have advantage of communications between stakeholders. this research is going to help project management mainly focusing on stakeholders’ management and we can lead a project successfully by creating a separate panel for stakeholder’s management of the project and this panel will be acting as the heart of the project. And this research going to present Its duties for maintaining always the quality of communications between all types of stakeholders of project.
Research METhodology
IN PRIMARY RESEARCH METHOD we took the feedbacks on their real-time or practically basis issues of some construction professionals like architectures, structural engineers, civil engineers, project managers, contractors, sub-contractors, site supervisors, labors and landlords. By using interviews, online surveys and questioners in emails.
IN SECONDARY RESEARCH METHOD in this research we found some of the useful information’s from articles published on stakeholder management, and also used google scholar, and researching some of the real issues on construction project sites.
Bim framework: This will depend upon meeting our goal of better stakeholders’ management by creating a special team and process, using BIM. This special team will check whether the communications made between stakeholders are delivered properly or not without any technical issues or real-time issues. This panel will be watching the entire communications made between stakeholders (i.e., project managers, contractor’s, sub-contractors, employes, landlord or owner of project, and customer etc…,) before starting of the project till successfully completion of project. Basically this special panel acts like stem of the tree connecting different leaf’s of the tree which always try to provide water to leaf’s equally and also it can help to heal the leaf when it requires. Here in this research leaf’s of tree is compared to different types of stakeholders of construction project and stem is compare with the special panel which always try to maintain good communications between stakeholders of project. For example, communication between owner of project with contractor or communication between employes and project manager.IN this research we made primary and secondary research to project the duties of this special panel.
