M2.B4 Optional Assignment: Identify errata in popular
web reference for concentrated reagents
The following problem set is for your practice and self-assessment. You may use any resource
you wish. This assignment will not be graded, and is designed for self-directed learning.
Completion of the assignment is not mandatory, and your progress will not be monitored.
There are no points associated with this assignment, but the chance to earn “brownie points”
towards your final course grade. Email me your findings.
Assignment:
Do not blindly trust “facts” published on the internet!! Case-in-point: There are errors (some
minor, but a couple major) in a popular web resourced reference sheet on concentrated
reagents. Identify the errors in this document and earn “brownie cushions” towards your final
grade calculations (email errata, along with your work, to the instructor). “Brownie
cushion” explanation is included in the module overview document.
