Assignment 1 – Part 2.
This is an individual assignment.
In Part 1 of this assignment a detailed paper was written for the CEO about Digital Transformation. In Part 2, you will put together a video for the company at large and share the concepts, challenges, values, and wins of Digital Transformation.
The point of the video is that the audience is all employees of the organization. The purpose of the video is to convince the company that digital transformation is the right move for the company. How might would the team construct the video to achieve this goal?
You can choose your assumptions for this video. It can be any parts of your paper, or you can come up with new assumptions. Remember to address the employees and stakeholders directly. Choose a name for the accounting firm and a name for your consulting business. Make it as real as you can. By the end of your proposal, you are aiming for tears of happiness and an standing ovation from employees. You want to wow and move the employees and the management with your proposal. Avoid generic statements. You have to present in a seamless and fluid manner, if you read from a prepared text you receive 0.
Video Requirements:
This is an individual presentation.
The video can use any technology to convey the message. This is a cohesive video. Google “Powerpoint to MP4” to create a video. Do not send a PPTX where the instructor has to click on each slide.
Using material from the paper, you will select elements to share with the employees to win them over on the idea that Digital Transformation is a good direction for the company.
The video must be at least 5 minutes but not more than 8 minutes in length.
A one-page paper to explain the strategy of the video as to how it will make a compelling argument to win over the employees.
Include a time index of each key part of the presentation.
The presentation needs a title, agenda slide, introduction, and conclusion.

Time index must be included in the one-page document.

Video Link. (YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, Drop box) If I cannot access your video, you will not receive marks for it.
