Overview:
The purpose of this assignment is for you to develop a negotiation strategy for your article.
Good strategy is based on strong research.
Therefore, it is important to understand what comparable collective agreements include in comparison to your proposed language change.
This document needs to include your specific proposed collective agreement language changes.
The Fine Print:

All research must be cited.

Goal
– 5 pages, single spaced, and font size at least 11.

Charts and diagrams can be included as appendices (these don’t count towards the page limit). It’s your responsibility to interpret the meaning of all data submitted in this assignment.

This assignment must be submitted electronically through the dropbox in SLATE.

Do NOT use point form. If you have a list of items, you can use a bullet format for the list, but the document should not be entirely in point form
