Assessment 1 – Online Quiz
Assessment Type Quiz
Description This assessment provides the student with the opportunity to demonstrate an
understanding of key concepts covered in Module 1.
The quiz is open book and will be composed of 15 multiple-choice questions.
Questions will be derived from tutorial material including tutorial preparation and
readings for Module 1.
The student will have
one attempt only and will have a maximum of 30 minutes to
complete the quiz. Backtracking will not be allowed. Check that all answers are
submitted. Quizzes that are not attempted or remain ‘in progress’ when the quiz closes
will be awarded zero marks.
Weighting 15%
Due Date Opens Monday 13th March @ 08:00am – Closes Friday 17th March @2300hrs

This assessment is not a compulsory requirement. However, it is included in the
course grade calculations.
Submission Method Access via Canvas. It is advisable to attempt the quiz from a location where internet
access is secure
and ensure all questions are completed before submitting. Please
thoroughly review the source materials prior to commencing the quiz.

Description This assessment provides students with the opportunity to demonstrate an understanding
of key concepts covered in Module 2.
This assessment consists of two sections:
A. THE CODE OF CONDUCT
B. ETHICAL PRINCIPLES
This assessment consists of readings and questions that require a short answer response
(Approximate word counts are identified at the end of each question. Approximate word
counts are a guide only, students must keep to the total word count for the assessment).
