After reading the above articles consider the following scenario:

You are the HR manager of a cooking school and recently the owner has sought your advice on implementing a social media policy for the School. The owner is worried that some employees (cooking teachers) have posted negative reviews of the school online and negative comments on the School’s Instagram posts.

Now answer the following question: What are the main suggestions you would give the owner as he seeks to address the negative online comments made by employees? Are there any privacy issues that need to be considered as you go about solving this problem?

Your answer should be 150 words (+/- 10%). When answering the above question you can draw on additional sources.
