• A 3000 (+/- 10%) word written analysis of care from the devised care plan for the summative case study with an accompanying a list of a minimum of 24 references.
• Students must choose 2 nursing needs/ problems, identifying all relevant interventions and critically discuss and analyse their formulated care plan for the chosen section of the scenario.
• The devised care plan must be submitted as an appendix.
• Pre-written care plans from practice placements which have been identified to be relevant to the chosen part of the scenario can also be submitted as an appendix.
• The account should be written in academic language demonstrating level five academic writing skills.
