In ADTV8101 you have been researching the following local companies with the outcome of exercising critical and creative thinking to generate taglines, advertisements etc., that favorably position these organizations in the marketplace.

In this Strategic Planning assignment, you will create 3 organizational goals and 6 marketing objectives, that support those goals, for ONE of the above companies (you choose which one).
Step 1
State the company you have chosen and outline their mission, vision and values (MVVs). *Remember, not all organizations are literal about their MVVs(you may not see them outlined this way on their websites, etc.) you may have to do some informed assumptions. If this is the case, you will answer:
What is the purpose of this company / reason for existing?
What does it look like their vision of the future is?
What are their values? What is most important to them (ex: people, sustainability, locally sourced, community, etc.)?
Step 2
Considering the company’s mission, vision and values in connection with what’s happening in the marketplace;
List 3 organizational goals that you recommend for the company
In approximately 150 words, describe WHY you have chosen these goals.
Step 3
Considering the company’s mission, vision and values, what’s happening in the marketplace and their position in the marketplace;
List 2 SMART marketing objectives for each goal (6 total) that support the success of achieving your indicated goals.
Provide a rationale (reason why you chose) of a few sentences for each objective.
