The concept of servant leadership is extremely prevalent in the literature regarding project management.  Jesus was the ultimate servant leader, and serves as a great example for us for leading teams of people.  You will explore how Biblical content can complement and inject your project management skills with even more leadership and service to your project stakeholders.

Select appropriate Biblical content and relate the message of God as it relates to work in the field of quality management.  This assignment will be 5 – 8 pages long and will address the role and responsibility of the Christian as project manager.

Include at least 5 references from scholarly journals and the Bible in addition to your text in your analysis. Your paper will include an introduction, a body, and a conclusion. Your paper will be written in current APA format with references.
