Here are all the documents you’ll need to complete the assessment task. Tour (assignment) submission will be a completed assessment form (attached). It is partly completed already – you just need to replace the highlighted sections with your own assessment. The other attachment is all the details you need to assess the proposed development. It includes:
• a staMment of environmental effects • a (simplified)site plan • a ut of (simplified) floor plans • a submission made by a neighbour during the public tt(hibition of the proposal
Print the plans to AP without rescaling, to make analysis easier. The policies you are assessing the proposal against are Me Parrarnatta LEP 2011 and Part 2 of Parramatta DCP (this link is a PDF). The ePlanning viewer will also be handy. Ps noted In FAQ21 below- these are Me documents you are to use. DO NOT PM the Parramatta LEP 2023. We will discuss why in class, as this is an important planning lesson. I’ve also included an image of the site from 2020 that you can use in your report
