Following completion of your presentation you have a further week to complete a 500-word reflective piece on what you’ve learned from the module and how you can apply it in your career:

What have been your key learnings? What did you learn about your ongoing development needs in respect to your future development?

How/where is change management needed in your intended role? What opportunities do you see?

How could your actions, decisions and leadership behaviours have a positive impact on the uptake of change management practise in your career?

Focus on your intended role rather than the organisation as a whole.

Reflect on the impact this has had on you and your practice and how you have been able to use the learnings from the module to add value.

Relate your reflection to the KSBs and use the reflection piece towards your PLD.

Academic referencing is expected to be minimal for this piece of work. Instead, focus on the ‘what’, ‘so what’ and ‘now what’ approach to your reflection.

The deadline for the individual reflection to be added to Dropbox is 11pm on Sunday 7 May.
