rented or armed forces accommodations since they graduated from university. They have found a new brand new three-bedroom semi-detached house in Lincolnshire

which is advertised at £200,000. The house will be completed in three months’ time.
This is the price before any adjustment for shared ownership schemes is applied.
Mr. and Mrs. Shuker wish to consider the use of the Government’s First Homes scheme.

They would also like to see a comparison of this option with a traditional house purchase
and mortgage arrangement. Mr. and Mrs. Shuker are also keen to receive recommendations for appropriate protection
arrangements.
