Please see attached. Please use a scientific calculator for the NPV discount factor (DF) = 14% or 0.14 as below:
1 ÷ (1 + 0.14)1 = 0.87719298245 1 ÷ (1 + 0.14)2 = 0.76946752847 1 ÷ (1 + 0.14)3 = 0.6749715162 1 + (1 + 0.14)4 = 0.59208027737
You can use 2 or 3 decimal places for your answers (if you want) for the formula i.e. (1/1 + r) ^n Where r = 14% or 0.14 , n = period or year (In this case year 1 to 4) A = raised to the power
